Aboriginal Dreaming Story – Creation of the Worimi Conservation Land Film

The Infants class at Glen William Public School created a film based on the Aboriginal Dreaming Story ‘Creation of the Worimi Conservation Land’.

This project provided a huge scope of benefits for the students, including an excellent opportunity for them to learn about the Worimi Conservation Land. Students also learnt about Dreaming stories on a broader scale. Being a film, it is now presented in a form available for the wider community to learn from and enjoy. This project was granted permission by Uncle Graeme Russell, who created the original film on which this project was based. The project was also supported by Uncle Leigh Ridgeway.
